2017 Sorrenberg Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc Merlot

Totally opaque black dark red core with a lively dark red hue. Drifting through the nostrils are lifted scents of dark currants and mulberry which are followed by notions of fresh tobacco, spicy cedar, light earth and dried herbs. Medium bodied, refined and elegant the palate features red to dark currant and mulberry fruit over some dark cherries, tobacco leaf, cedar and spicy dried herb characters. Finely structured tannins and well balanced acidity lead into a medium to long aftertaste that shows plenty of finesse.
