Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Intense lemon and lime top notes overlay some green apple and orange rind infusions followed by hints of talc and steely mineral notes. Crunchy lemon and lime flavours are backed by bracing acidity with elements of green apple, wet steel and mineral ensuing. Dry tight finish with a long aftertaste of lemon, lime, subtle green apple and steely mineral characters.
