2017 Singlefile Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals a mix of white peach, nectarine and dried honey aromas that show good lift. Also present are notions of citrusy nougat, light biscuit and traces of gun flint. Possessing a fresh, elegant feel the palate is delicately flavoured with white peaches and nectarine which sit over a back drop of light dried honey, citrus and infusions of gun flint. Finishes dry with fresh acidity and an aftertaste of white peaches, nectarines, light dried honey, biscuit and gun flint.
Cellar 5-6 years.
