Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a very faint tinge of green to the outskirts. Intense passionfruit aromas overlay green apple, ripe gooseberry and citrus with herbaceous grassy end notes. Showing medium intensity the palate has flavours of passionfruit, green apple and citrus followed by some light herbaceous grassy characters. Clean crisp dry finish with an aftertaste of passionfruit, green apple, citrus and subtle herbaceous grassy characters.
