Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Lime and citrus aromas drift from the glass over green apple, talc and stony mineral notes. The palate shows good intensity with lime, citrus and green apple flavours dominate over an undercard of subtle talc, stony characters and subtle wet steel. Clean dry finish with crunchy acidity and an aftertaste of lime, citrus, green apple, talc and stony mineral.
