2017 Sevenhill Inigo Cabernet Sauvignon

A big, densely structured Clare Valley Cabernet

Pitch black in colour with a very deep dark red black hue. Lifted aromas of ripe blackcurrants and liquorice intermix with spicy black olives, subtle cigar box, traces of dried herbs and mint. Large scaled, dense and rich, mouthfilling flavours of blackcurrants and liquorice saturate the palate backed by firm robust tannins that impart a chewy feel to the finish. Toasty cedar, tobacco, black olive and spicy dried herb elements are also evident. Very concentrated with a long, firm black fruited aftertaste that’s subtly minted.
Cellar 5-6 years.
