2017 Sanguine Estate Inception Shiraz

Magnificent colour displaying an impenetrable pitch black core with a very deep dark red black hue. Intense ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark plum aromatics intermesh with spicy vanillin oak, hints of fennel and blackpepper. Well endowed the palate is flush with rich, opulently textured blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits which comfortably overlay a back drop of lightly smoked vanillin oak, fennel and pepper. Very polished yet structured tannins have a velvety feel. Concludes long, plush and concentrated.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
