Fruit was sourced from McLaren Vale and the Barossa. Totally opaque black dark red core with a dark red black hue. Elevated black cherry and liquorice aromas intermingle with earth, vanillin cedar and spice. Rich ripe black cherry and liquorice flavours have a plush feel with black raspberry, subtle scorched earth, vanillin cedar and spice sitting underneath. Polished tannins. Bright juicy finish with a faintly chewy aftertaste.
