2017 Ryder Cabernet Sauvignon

A rich, well stacked Clare Cabernet that douses the palate in ripe blackcurrant fruit.

Matured in French oak for 18 months. Dense black dark red colour with a very dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and dark cherry intermix with vanillin cedar, earth and hints of spicy tobacco. Rich blackcurrant fruits carry ample body weight and textural volume over a vanillin cedar, tobacco, earth and spicy dried herb back drop. Slightly dryish finish with a sturdy tannin structure lingering through the ripe spicy conclusion. Terrific everyday drinking value.
