2017 Route du Van Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. The nose sees a mix of red currant and mulberry fruit aromas morph into cedary tobacco characters with some spicy bay leaf notes also evident. Elegant in its feel there’s good richness to the ripe red currant and mulberry fruit on the medium bodied palate with nuances of cedary tobacco characters and spicy dried herbs following on. Dryish, slightly dusty tannins with a medium length finish.
