Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Lifted lemon and lime scents are followed by hints of orange rind and talc. Good intensity on the palate with lime and citrus flavours dominate over green apple and chalky minerality. Finishes with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of lime, citrus, green apple and mineral.
