Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear laced with honeycomb are followed by hints of musk, quince and spice. Full and round in the mouth the palate has flavours of ripe pears and apples overlaid by light honeycomb with some musk and quince present on the fresh dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, apples, light honeycomb, musk and quince.
