Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals scents of nectarines and grapefruit infused with gun flint followed by some citrus and light nougat notes. Very elegant and vibrant in its feel the palate has nectarine and citrus fruits sitting over a back drop of subtle gun flint infusions and slate. Light to mid weight it finishes dry with fresh acidity. Some subtle nougat nuances make an appearance on the medium length aftertaste.
