2017 Reillys R Watervale Riesling

From the stellar 2017 vintage, this Riesling combines fantastic flavour intensity with racy acidity.

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. The nose shows terrific intensity with classic lemon and lime aromas jumping out of the glass underscored by notions of talc, light wet steel and mineral. Concentrated lemon and lime flavours are underpinned by racy acidity with elements of subtle orange rind, talc and wet steel also chiming in. Finishes dry with crisp crunchy acidity and a long mouth watering lemon, lime, wet steel, talc and mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.
