2017 Radford Dale Black Rock

A blend of Cinsault, Syrah & Carignan. Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Barnyard like top notes mix with dried meat, plum, red liquorice and spicy herbs. Light, fresh and savoury the palate has a flavour profile of spicy red plum, dried meats, earth and peppered dried herbs. Fine grained tannins concluding fresh and elegant.
