Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted pear and ripe apple aromas are married to notions of honeysuckle with light quince and spice end notes. Rich mouthfilling flavours of ripe pear, apple and honeycomb dominate over traces of musk and spice. The luscious textural feel more akin to Pinot Gris than Pinot Grigio. Clean dry finish with a long ripe pear, red apple, honeycomb and spice aftertaste.
