Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of green pear, apple and lime are trailed by some citrus and fresh herb notes. Flavours of crunchy pears, ripe apples and citrus fill the mouth with a back drop of light honeysuckle and spice. Finishes dry and zingy with crisp acidity. Luscious yet fresh finish with a long spicy fresh pear, red apple, honeysuckle and citrus aftertaste.
