2017 Provenance Tarrington Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of fresh pears and green apples intermix with citrus, quince and mineral notes. Nicely textured with a rounded mid palate feel, there’s flavours of pears, citrus, crunchy red apples, quince and light spice. Dry, zesty acid finish with an aftertaste of pears, red apples, light honeysuckle and spicy quince.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
