Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Elevated ripe pear and apple aromas are overlaid by honeysuckle and subtle quince with ginger spice end notes. Medium bodied with a fresh feel and rounded textural quality the palate has flavours of pears and apples subtlety laced with honeysuckle over a backdrop of quince and ginger spice. Clean dry finish with good fresh acidity. Concludes with an aftertaste of spiced pears, apples, notions of honeysuckle, quince and ginger.
