Produced from a blend of 97% Syrah and 3% Zibibbo grapes. Translucent salmon pink colour. Lovely aromatics of rose petals, cherries, cranberries and spicy citrus. Light and fresh yet with a rounded feel in the mouth the palate dishes up a savoury flavour profile of fresh peaches, citrus, water melon and spice. Dry finish with crisp acidity and a brisk medium length aftertaste.
