More sunny than Charlemagne, more south-facing. Plateau at around 300 m. Picked before the village vines and earlier than Charlemagne. Tank sample.
More mealy on the nose than Les Combottes. That incredible creaminess without the graininess of lees, as if the lees had been polished. Deep, tender, rounded but with beautiful freshness of tight tangy citrus. Great length.
