Matured on lees for 10 months. Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing reveals uplifted aromatics of ripe peaches drizzled in honeyed characters with citrusy nougat, subtle gun flint and spice ensuing. Rich and mouthfilling, the creamy textured palate features a generous flavour profile of ripe peaches, honeycomb, nougat, toast, light butterscotch and spice. Finishes with good freshness. Excellent intensity and length with a long ripe peach, honeycomb, nougat, light butterscotch and spice aftertaste.
