Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a light crimson red hue. Elevated spicy dark cherry, strawberry and anise aromas are followed by lightly toasted cedar and forest floor notes. Light and fresh the palate is elegantly flavoured with dark cherry, anise, toasty cedar and spice. Finishes with a lick of bright acidity. Slightly dryish, fine grained tannins. Moderately powered with an aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, anise, toasty cedar and forest floor.
