Bright pale straw colour at its core with a distinct greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Intense herbaceous gooseberry and citrus scents intermesh with hints of dried honey, herbaceous grassy characters, gun flint and spice. Racy herbaceous gooseberry, lime and spicy citrus flavours drive the palate, underscored by zesty acidity. Notions of grassy asparagus characters and gun flint chime in on the back half for added complexity. Dry crunchy finish with a long zippy aftertaste.
