Partially barrel fermented this wine displays a brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Muted nose with faint scents of lime and green apple overlaid by subtle herbaceous grassy characters and spicy pencil shaving notes. Light and fresh the palate is delicately flavoured with lime, green apple and herbaceous grassy characters followed by traces of pencil shavings on the dry finish. Crisp acidity with an aftertaste of limes, green apples, fresh herbs, citrus and subtle pencil shavings.
