2017 Paringa Estate Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Nosing offers up aromas of lime, green apple and orange rind over some talc and mineral notes. Vibrant lime and orange rind flavours dominate the palate over citrus, chalky talc characters and flinty mineral. Dry zippy finish with a long lime, green apple, orange rind and chalky mineral laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
