Certified Organic. Deep dark purple black tinged colour with a dark purple hue. Blackcurrant and fresh Morello cherry aromas intermix with notions of stalk and spicy vanillin cedar. Medium bodied the bright, lively palate has flavours of fresh Morello cherries and plums intermixed with earth, stalk, infusions of dried herbs and fresh tobacco. Dryish finish with vibrant acidity and finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of fresh Morello cherries, earthy vanillin cedar, stalk and spicy green herbs.
