Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a vivid crimson red hue. Showing good fragrance the nose exhibits ripe strawberry and cherry aromas followed by subtle hints of anise, traces of forest floor and spice. Vibrant and quite juicy the palate is filled with ripe cherry and strawberry flavours over earthy cedar and spice. Dryish finish with lively acidity and fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe cherries, strawberries, earthy cedar and spice.
