2017 O'Leary Walker Watervale Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Fabulously intense nose with lemon and lime scents streaming out of the glass followed by green apple, hints of orange and chalky talc end notes. Racy lemon and lime flavours run across the palate intermixing with tangy orange rind and chalky talc over a background of steely mineral. Dry crunchy finish with bracing acidity. There’s a sense of steeliness to the restrained yet concentrated fruit. Long lemon, lime, orange rind, talc and steely mineral aftertaste.
