Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted aromatics of pears and apples with a light musk overlay are followed by spice end notes. Nicely textured with a fresh finish and vibrant acidity the palate has flavours of pears, Jonathan apples and citrus over subtle spicy musk infusions. Dry conclusion with an aftertaste of pears, apples, light musk and spice.
