2017 Napa Cellars Pinot Noir

Matured in French oak, 25% new. Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Heady ripe black cherry and liquorice aromas fill the nostrils followed by some toasty oak, earth and spice. Rich and full in body, this is a big ripe Pinot layered with luscious black cherry and liquorice fruits. Toasty oak, earthy dried herb characters and spice lie underneath. Opulent mouthfeel with slightly chewy tannins and a long plush aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
