2017 Naked Run The Aldo Grenache

Produced from 80 year old vines utilising 6% whole bunches with maturation 6 months in old oak. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Aromas of dark raspberries and cherries mix with liquorice, earthy graphite like notes and spicy dried herbs. Juicy dark raspberry and ripe cherry flavours create a feeling of succulence over a back drop of liquorice, scorched earth and spice. Velvety tannins. Excellent power with a long spicy dark fruited aftertaste that sees some blackpepper make an appearance.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
