Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint hint of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose dispels aromas of lime, orange peel and citrus over slate and talc notes. Flavours of lime juice, green apple and orange peel decorate the palate with an undercard of flinty slate characters and mineral. Finishes dry with crunchy acidity and an aftertaste of lime, orange peel, green apple, wet slate and mineral.
