Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Pronounced lime and lemon zest aromas intermingle with green apple, subtle orange rind, steely notes and flinty mineral. Crunchy lime and citrus flavours dominate the palate with green apple, light talc and steely mineral characters also present. Finishes dry with mouth watering acidity. Excellent intensity with a long zesty lime, citrus and steely mineral laced aftertaste.
