Matured for 4 months on lees to enhance texture. Bright straw colour with a subtle apricot tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear laced with musk and honeysuckle are followed by quince end notes. Quite dry but texturally rounded the palate has flavours of pear, apple and light honeysuckle over a quince back drop. Vibrant acidity with a pear, apple, quince and light honeysuckle aftertaste.
