2017 Mr Riggs Watervale Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green around the outskirts. Fresh lime, lemon and green apple scents jump out of the glass followed by hints of orange rind and a chalky minerality. Possessing the vintages hallmark intensity of flavour, lemon and lime flavours burst across the mouth over subtle green apple, wet steel and a distinct minerality. Vibrant, zippy mouthfeel. Dry crunchy acid finish with a long lemon, lime, orange rind and steely mineral aftertaste.
