Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Aromas of morello cherries and red liquorice mix with hints of sour plum, fresh herbs and light spicy earth. Light in body the palate has fresh morello and red cherry flavours supported by a liquorice, earth and spicy herb back drop. Good fresh acidity with polished tannins and a medium length finish.
