Certified organic. Impressive pitch black colour with a very deep dark purple black hue. Aromas of freshly crushed blackberries and plum meet up with liquorice followed by spicy vanillin oak, graphite and white pepper notes. Youthful crushed blackberry, plum and blueberry flavours are underpinned by infusions of fresh herbs, subtle vanillin cedar and spicy pepper characters. Crunchy like acidity with dry, slightly chalky tannins and a modest aftertaste
