2017 Mount Avoca Organic Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Certified Organic. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a vibrant dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and freshly crushed dark cherries are overlaid by bay leaf with hints of vanillin cedar and spice also evident. Still very youthful the palate has medium weight with bright inky blackcurrant and cherry flavours melding into cedary tobacco characters, traces of bay leaf and spice. Finishes tightly wound and very dry with bright acidity and chalky tannins. Moderate aftertaste.
