2017 Moppity Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red heart with a dark red hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant aromas infused with bay leaf are interwoven with cedary tobacco characters, light dusty earth and spice. Medium bodied the palate features generous red to blackcurrant and mulberry fruit which shows good flesh over a back drop of spicy vanillin cedar, tobacco and infusions of bay leaf. Refined well integrated tannin structure with a medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
