2017 Monterra Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe cherries laced with fresh herbs emanate from the glass followed by toasty dried clove like notes and spice. Light to medium bodied, earthy dried clove like characters and toast overlay the ripe dark cherry and strawberry fruit. Finishes very spicy with slightly grainy tannins, bright acidity and a spicy dried clove infused aftertaste.
