Texturally rounded the palate possesses delicious pear, lime and green apple flavours over a subtle stoniness and infusions of fresh herbs. Nicely balanced vibrant acidity with a medium to long aftertaste of lightly spiced pears, lime, green apple, a light stony character and fresh herbs.
