2017 Mitchell Peppertree Vineyard Shiraz

Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Expressive red liquorice and red plum scents drift through the nostrils followed by some scorched earth, vanillin cedar and peppered meat notes. Rich dark plum and liquorice fruits infused with mint flood the medium to full bodied palate. Supple feel with vanillin cedar, earth and pepper lingering underneath. Velvety yet sturdy tannin structure with a long refined aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
