Deep straw gold colour with a pale straw hue. Aromas of pears, honeysuckle, baked apples and quince have a cinnamon spice overlay. Broad in its mouthfeel yet possessing plenty of underlying freshness the palate has flavours of poached pears, honeyed dried apples and quince over a subtle cinnamon and spice background. Finishes dry with a refreshing yet nicely textured aftertaste.
