Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and dried honey aromas meld together with citrus and mineral notes also present. Nicely rounded texturally the palate features pear, apple and subtle dried honey flavours over some citrus and light minerality. Clean dry finish with good fresh acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
