Fermented and matured in French oak barriques for 10 months. Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Uplifted aromas of ripe peach and honeycomb drive the nose with light butterscotch, nougat, subtle toast and spice notes also evident. Full and rich with a creamy textural feel the palate has an even spread of ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb flavours that fill the mouth over a back drop of subtle butterscotch, nougat, cashew and spice. Clean balanced finish with a lingering aftertaste.
