Matured in French oak for 12 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach aromas intermix with hints of apricot and honeycomb followed by butterscotch, cashew and spicy nougat notes. Medium weight with a creamy feel to the flavours of white peaches, apricots, light honeycomb, citrusy nougat and spice. Finishing with good freshness its lighter in body than the 2016. Aftertaste of peaches, apricots, light honeycomb, citrusy nougat and spice.
