Intense passionfruit and ripe gooseberry aromas fill the nostrils followed by hints of green apple, herbaceous grassy characters and citrusy mineral end notes. Mouthfilling passionfruit and zesty citrus flavours drive the palate over gooseberries, herbaceous grassy characters and flinty mineral infusions. Zingy finish with crisp acidity and a long passionfruit, zesty citrus, ripe gooseberry, herbaceous grassy character and flinty mineral aftertaste.
