Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe pear and red apple aromas laced with honeysuckle are followed by spice end notes. Light to medium weight and very dry the palate has flavours of dried pears and apples over quince with a spicy finish. Good fresh acidity with a modest aftertaste of spicy dried pears, apples and fresh quince.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
