2017 Mad Fish Shiraz

Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of plum, dark cherries and liquorice meld into earth and subtle mint notes. Medium weight, generous dark cherry and plum fruits run into a meaty back drop with some peppered earth elements also present. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
